摘  要:婴幼儿腹泻为中医学优势病种之一,传统推拿教育医师成长速度慢,需要创新的训练平台与方法。本研究采用医学和工学相结合的方法,研发面向婴幼儿腹泻推拿手法的智能培训机器人。通过分析中医推拿的重要穴位、基本操作手法,利用薄膜式压力传感器和肌电信号检测装置(EMG)建立推拿手法信息检测,搭建机器人本体。通过控制变量法分析推拿的力度、位置、角度和EMG信号的关系,成功研发出智能推拿培训机器人。本研究研发的智能培训机器人充分模拟了婴幼儿腹泻的生理特征,满足了推拿操作手法应用的基本穴位,能有效采集训练过程数据,提高训练效率。Infant diarrhea is one of the advantageous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional massage education physicians have a slow growth rate and require innovative training platforms and methods.This study adopted a combination of medical and engineering methods to develop an intelligent training robot for massage techniques for infants and young children with diarrhea.This study analyzed the important acupoints and basic operating techniques of traditional Chinese massage,and established massage technique information detection using thin film pressure sensors and electromyographic signal detection devices(EMG)to build a robot body.By using the variable control method to analyze the relationship between the intensity,position,angle,and EMG signal of massage,an intelligent massage training robot had been successfully developed.The intelligent training robot developed in this article fully simulates the physiological characteristics of infant diarrhea,meets the basic acupoints for the application of massage techniques,and can effectively collect training process data to improve training efficiency.
