单侧初发腹股沟疝修补术后运用红外线理疗对症状的影响及安全性

摘　　要：目的:分析红外线理疗对单侧初发腹股沟疝修补术后患者症状的影响及治疗的安全性。方法:选取晋江市安海医院普外科2020年1月至2024年8月期间接收的80例行单侧初发腹股沟疝修补术治疗的患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例术后实施常规治疗方案,观察组40例术后实施红外线物理治疗方案,于治疗前、治疗7 d后,对两组患者症状综合疗效、疼痛情况、并发症等指标进行比较。结果:观察组患者的症状综合疗效明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗3 d和治疗7 d时,观察组患者的疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的手术后的切口感染率、切口红肿现象、疝复发以及尿潴留等并发症的总发生率均较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对单侧初发腹股沟疝修补术后患者采取红外线物理康复疗法,有助于提高患者症状综合疗效,缓解术后疼痛感知,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of infrared physiotherapy on the symptoms of patients after unilateral primary inguinal hernia repair.Methods Eighty patients receiving unilateral initial inguinal hernia repair treatment in the Department of General Surgery of Jinjiang Anhai Hospital from January 2020 to August 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.40 patients in the control group received conventional treatment after surgery,and 40 patients in the observation group received infrared physical therapy after surgery.Before treatment and after 7 days of treatment,the comprehensive effect of symptoms,pain,complications and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive curative effect of symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the total incidence of postoperative incision infection rate,incision redness,hernia recurrence and urinary retention in observation group were lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared physical rehabilitation therapy for patients with unilateral initial inguinal hernia repair is helpful to improve the comprehensive effect of symptoms,relieve postoperative pain perception,and reduce the incidence of complications.
