从阳明脉衰论治女性围绝经期肩痛

摘　　要：女性围绝经期肩痛发病具有本虚标实的特点,阳明脉衰是其先决条件,肝肾精血不足为发病之本,外受贼邪为发病之标。从阳明脉衰为切入点论治女性围绝经期肩痛,以通补阳明为治则,兼顾补益肝肾,方法上重视针药结合。The incidence of shoulder pain in female perimenopausal period is characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The decline of yangming meridian is its prerequisite;the insufficiency of essence blood of the liver and kidney is the disease origin,and the external contraction of pathogenic factors is the disease superficiality.In the syndrome differentiation and treatment of female perimenopausal shoulder pain from the decline of yangming meridian,the treatment principle is to unblock and supplement yangming meridian,taking into account supplementing and boosting the liver and kidney,and in terms of treatment method,the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicinals is attached great importance.
