低速重载点线啮合齿轮传动温度场及影响因素研究

摘  要:【目的】点线啮合齿轮齿廓融合了渐开线齿轮凸-凸线接触与圆弧齿轮凹-凸点接触的优点,被广泛应用于起重、矿山、冶金等低速重载领域。齿轮接触面润滑油膜在重载作用下容易破裂,齿面产生瞬间高温而黏结,导致齿面磨损加剧,降低承载能力,影响使用寿命,因此,研究了煤机用低速重载点线啮合齿轮传动温度场分布及其影响因素。【方法】首先,基于切片法、赫兹接触理论与摩擦学原理,推导出齿面温升与摩擦热流密度的计算式;其次,结合具体实例和有限元软件Ansys(APDL)对点线啮合齿轮传动的齿面温度场进行模拟,分析了轮齿各表面生热情况及啮合面温度分布规律;最后,研究了点线啮合齿轮传动几何参数及工况参数对齿面温度场的影响。【结果】结果表明,点线啮合齿轮传动主动轮的最高温度出现在齿宽中部靠近齿顶部分,从动轮最高温度出现在凹凸齿廓交界处附近,而且主动轮的温度明显大于从动轮;此外,在一定范围内增大主动轮转速、减小变位系数和减小传动功率均能不同程度地降低齿面摩擦热流密度,且温度场分布更加均匀;传动功率对温度场影响较大,当传动功率由110 kW减小到60 kW时,齿面最高温度降低了27.2%。对点线啮合齿轮传动齿面温度场及其影响因素的研究可以为点线啮合齿轮齿廓修形与降噪增寿提供依据。[Objective]The tooth profiles of point and line meshing gears combine the advantages of involute gears’convex contact and arc gears’convex contact,which are widely used in hoisting,mining,metallurgy and other low-speed and heavy-duty fields.The lubricating oil film of the gear contact surface is easy to break under heavy load,and the tooth surface will produce instant high temperature and bond,resulting in intensified wear of the tooth surface,reducing the bearing capacity and affecting the service life.Therefore it is crucial to research the temperature field distribution of the low-speed and heavy-duty point line meshing gear drive used in coal mill and its influencing factors.[Methods]Firstly,based on the slice method,the Hertzian contact theory and the tribology principle,the calculation formulas of the tooth surface temperature rise and the frictional heat flux were derived.Then,the temperature field of the tooth surface of the point and line meshing gear drive was simulated with a concrete example,the finite element software Ansys(APDL),and the heat generation of each tooth surface and the temperature distribution of the meshing surface were analyzed.Finally,the influence of geometric parameters and working conditions of the point and line meshing gear drive on the temperature field of tooth surface was studied.[Results]The results show that the highest temperature of the driving wheel with the point-line meshing gear appears in the middle part of the tooth width near the top of the tooth,the highest temperature of the driven wheel appears near the junction of the concave and convex tooth profile,and the temperature of the driving wheel is obviously greater than that of the driven wheel.In addition,increasing the speed of the driving wheel,reducing the displacement coefficient and reducing the transmission power in a certain range can reduce the frictional heat flux of the tooth surface to different degrees,and the temperature field distribution is more uniform.The transmission power has great influence
