摘 要:【目的】综合考虑漂浮式风机传动链紧凑型结构特征与内外部激励,以6.2 MW漂浮式风机传动链为研究对象,建立紧凑型传动链刚柔耦合非线性多体动力学模型。【方法】研究基础运动对漂浮式风机行星齿轮传动系统均载特性的影响,揭示部件装配误差、主轴长度与轴承位置对漂浮式风机行星齿轮传动系统均载特性的影响规律,为漂浮式风机传动链承载能力提升提供支撑。【结果】结果表明,基础运动与环境载荷的非线性耦合对行星传动系统的均载性能产生负面影响,且该影响随风速的增加而加剧。研究发现,随着各部件误差的增大,行星传动系统的均载系数单调递增。具体而言,不同部件装配误差对均载特性的影响程度从大到小依次为行星轮、太阳轮、行星架和内齿圈。此外,随着主轴长度及支撑点与轮毂间距离的增加,行星传动系统的承载能力随之提升。[Objective]Considering the compact structural and internal/external excitations of the floating wind turbine drivetrain comprehensively,a 6.2 MW floating wind turbine compact drivetrain was taken as the research object to establish a rigid-flexible coupling nonlinear multi-body dynamic model.[Methods]The influence of base motion on the load-sharing performance of the floating wind turbine planetary gear transmission was analyzed.The influence law of component assembly error,main shaft’s length,and bearing position on the load-sharing performance of the floating wind turbine planetary gear transmissions was clarified.This study can support improving the load-bearing capacity of the floating wind turbine drivetrain.[Results]The results show that the nonlinear coupling of foundation motion and environmental load has a negative impact on the load-sharing performance of planetary transmission system,and the impact increases with the increase of wind speed.It is found that the load-sharing coefficient of planetary transmission system increases monotonously with the increase of component errors.Specifically,the influence of assembly errors of different parts on the load-sharing characteristics is in descending order:planetary gear,sun gear,planetary carrier and inner gear ring.In addition,with the increase of the length of the main shaft and the distance between the support point and the hub,the bearing load capacity of the planetary transmission system will be improved.
