摘  要:为探究TiAlN涂层刀具与TC4钛合金之间切削性能关系,使用DEFORM-2D分析软件,结合正交试验和极差法分析切削参数对切削力与切削温度的影响关系。试验表明,切削三要素对切削力的影响次序:V_(c)>a_(p)>f;对切削温度的影响次序V_(c)>f>a_(p)。通过单因素分析,并综合平衡考虑到切削效率、加工精度、刀具磨损的因素,最优的参数组合是V_(c)=147 m/min,a_(p)=0.22 mm,f=0.2 mm/r。In order to explore the relationship between cutting performance of TiAlN coated tool and TC4 titanium alloy,DEFORM-2D analysis software was used to analyze the effect of cutting parameters on cutting force and cutting temperature by orthogonal test and range method.The results show that,the order of the influence of the three cutting factors on cutting force is V_(c)>a_(p)>f,and on cutting temperature is V_()c>f>a_(p).Through single factor analysis,and comprehensively balancing the cutting efficiency,machining accuracy and tool wear,the optimal parameter combination is V_(c)=147 m/min,a_(p)=0.22 mm,f=0.2 mm/r.
