摘  要:研究市场上典型矿物绝缘电缆是否都是不燃电缆,即其燃烧性能是否达到A级具有重要意义。总结了目前各类建筑规范对A级电缆在工程领域的使用规定,分析了A级电缆与A类电缆的区别。选取市场上典型矿物绝缘电缆BTTZ、BTTQ、BTTYZ、BTTYQ、BTTVZ、BTTVQ、RTTZ、RTTYZ、RTTVZ、YTTW、YTTWV、YTTWY、NG-A(BTLY)、BTGY和BBTRZ等作为研究对象,按GB 31247—2014进行A级不燃性试验研究以及针对A级电缆的工程应用进行分析。分析结果表明:BTTZ和BTTQ型矿物绝缘电缆可达到A级;部分RTTZ和YTTW型柔性矿物绝缘电缆可达到A级;A级电缆取决于电缆结构中非金属材料的热值,与电缆规格和电压等级无关;针对规范中要求敷设A级不燃电缆时,在生产和安装过程中其端部应做好密封。It is important to study whether the typical mineral insulated cables in the market are non-combustible cables,that is,whether their combustion performance can reach class A.This paper summarizes the current provisions of various building codes for the use of class A cables in the engineering field and analyze the differences between class A cables and category A cables.Selecting the typical mineral insulated cables BTTZ,BTTQ,BTTYZ,BTTYQ,BTTVZ,BTTVQ,RTTZ,RTTYZ,RTTVZ,YTTW,YTTWV,YTTWY,NG-A(BTLY),BTGY and BBTRZ in the market as the research objects.Then,analyzing the engineering application of class A cable according to GB 31247—2014 class A non-combustible test research.The results show that:BTTZ and BTTQ mineral insulated cables can reach class A;part of RTTZ and YTTW flexible mineral insulated cables can reach class A;class A cables are dependent on the heat value of combustion of non-metallic materials in the structure of the cables,which is unrelated to the cable specifications and voltage level.For the code requirements for laying class A non-combustible cables,their ends should be well sealed at its end in the process of production and installation.
