摘　　要：2025年1月,油轮市场波动回暖。原油轮市场,上旬,中美两国经济数据向好,利多能源需求预期,运价蓄势待发。中旬,美国对俄制裁收紧,削减市场有效运力,运价迅速攀升。下旬,中东局势出现短暂缓和,红海绕航效应弱化,运价掉头下行。临近月末,中国政府出台财政刺激政策的预期升温,叠加特朗普上任后可能带来的能源管制放松刺激出口,运价进入回暖通道。In Janu ary 2025,the tan ker market reb oun ded with fluctuation.As for the crude sector,positive economic data from China and the U.S.in early January boosted expectati ons for en ergy dema nd and rising freight rates.In mid-January,tightened U.S.sanctions on Russia reduced effective capacity in the market,rapidly pushing the rates up.
