中原地区炙烤炊具形态事理的可拓性设计研究

摘　　要：目的传承和发扬优秀传统炙烤炊具的设计逻辑,梳理炊具形态的可拓性设计特征,为现代多元化的炙烤需求提供个性化的解决方案。方法以中原地区的传统炙烤炊具为研究对象,构建形态样本库,选择典型样本铜烤炉进行形态事理分析与部件特征关联映射,对各个部件特征进行基元分解,并采用可拓基元变换的方法进行创新性设计方案探索。结果构建了形态事理可拓性研究的创新设计模型,生成了一系列融合传统造物逻辑与现代审美的炙烤炊具概念设计方案集。结论中原地区传统炙烤炊具的优秀设计元素具备强大的生命力与适应性,对其形态事理因素进行合理的可拓发散,能够挖掘并整合传统炊具的设计智慧,满足现代多元化的炙烤需求,并推动设计创新与可持续发展。The work aims to inherit and carry forward the highly valued historic design principles of grilling cookware and sort out the extensible design elements of cookware form,in order to provide customized solutions that meet the di-verse grilling needs in the current society.With a focus on traditional grilling cookware in Central Plain,a form sample collection was established and a representative sample,the copper grill stove,was chosen for form matterology analysis and relationship mapping among component features.Each feature was subdivised and regarded as basic-element,which enabled Extenics-based element transformation to be applied to explore innovative design methodologies.An innovative design model pertaining to the extension research of form matterology was constructed,culminating in a series of con-ceptual design schemes for grilling cookware that harmonized the wisdom of traditional craftsmanship with the sensibili-ties of modern aesthetics.The excellent design elements of traditional grilling cookware in Central Plain possess signifi-cant vitality and adaptability.By rationally extending and diverging the factors of form matterology,it is possible to un-earth and integrate the design wisdom of traditional cookware,satisfying the diverse grilling needs of the modern society and advancing design innovation and sustainable development.
