加味茵陈蒿汤治疗湿热中阻型乙型病毒性肝炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味茵陈蒿汤治疗湿热中阻型乙型病毒性肝炎患者的效果。方法:纳入2022年5月—2023年12月于武威市凉州医院就诊的98例湿热中阻型乙型病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组行西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味茵陈蒿汤治疗,治疗2周后比较两组血清白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、内毒素、血清谷草转氨酶(glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,AST)、乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)-DNA、甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,ALT)、中医症状积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组血清IL-10升高,血清AFP、IL-8、内毒素、HBV-DNA及主症、次症积分降低,且观察组血清IL-10高于对照组,血清IL-8、AFP、内毒素、HBV-DNA及主症、次症积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味茵陈蒿汤治疗湿热中阻型乙型病毒性肝炎患者临床效果显著,有助于减轻炎症反应,促进肝功能恢复,降低病毒水平,辅助提高临床效果。Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Artemisia Capillaris Thunb Decoction in the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis type B of damp and heat resistance type.Method:From May 2022 to December 2023,98 patients with viral hepatitis type B of damp and heat resistance type who treated in Liangzhou Hospital,Wuwei City were included,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Artemisia Capillaris Thunb Decoction on the basis of the control group,after 2 weeks of treatment,the serum interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-8(IL-8),endotoxin and glutamic-oxalotransaminase(AST),hepatitis B virus(HBV)-DNA,alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),total bilirubin(TBIL),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT),traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the serum IL-10 of two groups were increased,the serum AFP,IL-8,endotoxin,HBV-DNA and the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms were decreased,and the serum IL-10 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the serum IL-8,AFP,endotoxin,HBV-DNA and the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Modified Artemisia Capillaris Thunb Decoction in the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis type B of damp and heat resistance type is significant,which is helpful to reduce the inflammatory reaction,promote the recovery of liver function,reduce the level of virus,and assist in improving the clinical effect.
