VSD技术联合肾上腺色腙片用于手外伤感染创面处理中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨封闭式负压引流(VSD)技术+肾上腺色腙片在手外伤感染创面处理中发挥的作用。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年10月深圳市龙华区人民医院急诊外科收治的88例手外伤感染患者,按照抽签法分组,对照组44例采用VSD技术,观察组44例采用VSD技术联合肾上腺色腙片治疗。对比两组创面修复优良率、相关治疗指标、二次手术率、组织病理学评分、疼痛及生活质量评分、并发症情况。结果:观察组创面修复优良率高于对照组,二次手术率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组相关治疗指标均优于对照组,观察组治疗后组织病理学各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手外伤感染创面处理中VSD技术联合肾上腺色腙片的效果更理想,可促进患者创面修复,减少并发症发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology+Adrenal Hydrazone Tablets in the treatment of infected trauma wounds in the hands.Method:A total of 88 patients with hand trauma infection admitted to the Emergency Surgery Department of Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2022 to October 2023 were divided into groups according to the lottery method.44 patients in the control group were treated with VSD technology,and 44 patients in the observation group were treated with VSD technology combined with Adrenal Hydrazone Tablets.The excellent and good rate of wound repair,related treatment indexes,second operation rate,histopathological score,pain and quality of life score,and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The rate of wound repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of second operation was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relevant treatment indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the scores of histopathology indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of infected wounds of the hand,the effect of VSD technology combined with Adrenal Hydrazone Tablets is more ideal,which can promote the wound repair of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
