摘　　要：目的:分析盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合经尿道前列腺电切术对良性前列腺增生患者尿量、前列腺相关指标及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月徐州市矿山医院收治的210例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各105例。对照组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组尿动力学、前列腺相关指标、生活质量及并发症。结果:治疗后,两组残余尿量少于治疗前,最大尿流率高于治疗前,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、前列腺体积低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后情绪角色功能、躯体角色功能、心理健康、躯体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、总体健康、精力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生可改善残余尿量,增大最大尿流率,降低IPSS评分,减小前列腺体积,提高生活质量,且安全性好。Objective:To analyze the impact of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules combined with transurethral resection of prostate on urine volume,prostate-related indicators and quality of life in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:A total of 210 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who admitted to Xuzhou Mining Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,105 cases in each group.The control group was given transurethral resection of prostate,the observation group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules combined with transurethral resection of prostate,the urodynamics,prostate-related indicators,quality of life and complications were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the residual urine volume of two groups were less than those before treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate were higher than those before treatment,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and prostate volume were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of emotional role function,physical role function,mental health,physical health,physical pain,social function,general health and energy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules combined with transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can improve residual urine volume,increase maximum urinary flow rate,reduce IPSS score,reduce prostate volume,and improve patients'quality of life,with good safety.
