益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果。方法:收集2022年5月—2024年1月于南京中医药大学附属南京中医院治疗的84例气阴两虚型T2DM患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气养阴法治疗,比较两组中医症候积分、血糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]和不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组中医症候积分、FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚型T2DM患者效果显著,能有效降低中医症候积分、血糖、血脂代谢指标,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin method in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)of Qi-Yin deficiency.Method:A total of 84 patients with T2DM of Qi-Yin deficiency who treated in Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to January 2024 were collected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin method on the basis of the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,blood glucose metabolism indexes[fasting plasma glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],blood lipid indexes[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,FBG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin method in the treatment of patients with T2DM of Qi-Yin deficiency is effective,which can effectively reduce the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores,blood glucose and blood lipid metabolism indexes,and has high safety.
