膝关节镜下半月板成形术、半月板缝合修补术治疗半月板损伤患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节镜下半月板成形术、半月板缝合修补术治疗半月板损伤患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月盐城市第三人民医院收治的96例半月板损伤患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式不同将患者分为A组(n=47,膝关节镜下半月板成形术)与B组(n=49,膝关节镜下半月板缝合修补术),比较两组手术指标、近期疗效、膝关节功能及并发症。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量、优良率、并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术前、术后3个月、术后6个月Lysholm评分、关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后3个月、6个月Lysholm评分、关节活动度高于术前,两组术后6个月Lysholm评分、关节活动度高于术后3个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜下半月板成形术、半月板缝合修补术治疗半月板损伤患者效果显著,能改善膝关节功能及活动度,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the effect of knee arthroscopy meniscus plasty and meniscus suture repair in the treatment of patients with meniscus injury.Method:A total of 96 patients with meniscus injury who admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into group A(n=47,knee arthroscopy meniscus plasty)and group B(n=49,knee arthroscopy meniscus suture repair)according to different surgical methods.The surgical indexes,short-term efficacy,knee joint function and complications were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,excellent and good rate and complication rate between two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the Lysholm scores and joint range of motion between two groups before operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation(P>0.05);the Lysholm scores and joint range of motion of two groups at 3 months and 6 months after operation were higher than those before operation,the Lysholm scores and joint range of motion of two groups at 6 months after operation were higher than those at 3 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knee arthroscopy meniscus plasty and meniscus suture repair in the treatment of patients with meniscus injury is effective,and can improve the function and motion of knee joint,with good safety.
