摘　　要：膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是临床极为常见的一种骨关节退行性疾病,可根据患者实际情况行药物治疗与手术治疗,且无论中医治疗抑或西医治疗均有良好效果,均能有效减轻患者疼痛、改善功能、提高生活质量。在当前KOA患者治疗方法多种多样的情况下,本文即针对KOA的中医及西医治疗现状进行简单总结。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a very common degenerative disease of the bone and joint in clinical practice.It can be treated with medication and surgery according to the actual situation of the patient.Both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatments have good effects,effectively reducing patient pain,improving patient function,and enhancing patient quality of life.In the current situation where there are various treatment methods for KOA patients,this article provides a brief summary of the current status of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment for KOA.
