集束化中医护理在2型糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨集束化中医护理措施在2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的护理效果。方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院收治的62例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组(31例,常规护理)和观察组(31例,常规护理+集束化中医护理)。比较两组血糖指标、多伦多临床评分系统(Toronto Clinical Scoring System, TCSS)评分、中医证候积分、医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HADS)评分、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组TCSS、HADS-A、HADS-D评分及中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用集束化中医护理可更好地控制血糖水平,改善临床症状及中医证候积分,减轻焦虑抑郁状态,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the nursing effect of cluster traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures in pa-tients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 62 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(31 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(31 cases,routine nursing+cluster traditional Chinese medicine nursing).The blood glucose index,Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score,traditional Chinese medi-cine syndrome score,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)score and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of TCSS,HADS-A,HADS-D and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy can better control blood glucose level,improve clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,reduce anxiety and depres-sion,and improve nursing satisfaction.
