摘　　要：糖尿病是我国常见的慢性疾病之一,患病人数多,且近年来其发病率呈上升趋势。糖尿病并发症多是由于长期血糖控制不佳导致,最常累及血管病变。本研究通过报道1例糖尿病导致全身多血管病变,以期临床医生更加重视糖尿病“五驾马车”,做好糖尿病生活方式管理、血糖监测、糖尿病教育、应用降糖药物,降低并发症的发生率,提高糖尿病患者生活质量。Diabetes mellitus is one of the common chronic diseases in our county,with a large number of patients,and its incidence is on the rise in recent years.Diabetic complications are mostly caused by poor long-term blood glu-cose control,most often involving vascular lesions.In this study,we reported one case of diabetes leading to systemic multi-vascular disease,in order to make clinicians pay more attention to the"five carriages"of diabetes,do a good job in diabetes lifestyle management,blood glucose monitoring,diabetes education,application of hypoglycemic drugs,reduce the rate of complications,and improve the quality of life of diabetic patients.
