摘 要:目的 探讨血清肌酐(serum creatinine, Scr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen, BUN)、尿糖联合尿微量白蛋白(microalbumin, mAlb)检测糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy, DN)的诊断效能。方法 回顾性选取2023年1月-2024年6月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的200例DN患者的临床资料,为探究组,并收集同期收治的320例单纯糖尿病患者的临床资料,为对照组。两组患者均进行BUN、Scr、尿糖及mAlb检测,对比两组各指标的水平差异及上述指标单独及联合检测的诊断效能。结果 探究组BUN、Scr、尿糖、mAlb水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于BUN、Scr、尿糖、mAlb单独检测,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 BUN、Scr、尿糖联合mAlb检测DN的诊断效能较高,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urine glucose combined with microalbumin(mAlb)in the detection of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods The clini-cal data of 200 patients with DN admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from January 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected as the study group,and the clinical data of 320 patients with simple diabetes mellitus ad-mitted to the same period were collected as the control group.BUN,Scr,urine glucose and mAlb were detected in the two groups,and the differences in the levels of each index between the two groups and the diagnostic efficacy of the above indexes alone and in combination were compared.Results The levels of BUN,Scr,urine glucose and mAlb in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detec-tion were higher than those of BUN,Scr,urine glucose and mAlb alone,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of BUN,Scr,urine glucose combined with mAlb in the detec-tion of DN is high,and it has certain clinical application value.
