探究参芪降糖胶囊联合地特胰岛素在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的效果及对母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究参芪降糖胶囊联合地特胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法 选择2023年1-12月于临朐县妇幼保健院诊治的200例妊娠期糖尿病患者,治疗方法差异分组,常规组(n=100)实施地特胰岛素治疗,研究组(n=100)则联合参芪降糖胶囊治疗。比较两组血糖数值、症状积分、自然分娩率及妊娠结局。结果 治疗后,血糖值和症状积分以及不良妊娠结局发生率方面,研究组相对于常规组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 参芪降糖胶囊联合地特胰岛素在GDM治疗中的效果显著,能够有效控制血糖水平,改善症状,可使妊娠结局优化,不良妊娠结局发生率降低。Objective To investigate the effect of Ginseng Astragalus Hypoglycaemic Capsule combined with insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 200 cases of pregnancy diabetes diagnosed and treated in Linqu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected,and the treatment methods were divided into different groups.The conventional group(n=100)was treated with insulin de-temir,the study group(n=100)was combined with Shenqi Jiangtang Capsule treatment.Blood glucose levels,symptom scores,natural delivery rate and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the study group had lower blood glucose levels,symptom scores,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes compared to the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Jiangtang Capsule combined with insulin detemir has a significant effect in the treatment of GDM.It can effectively control blood glucose levels,improve symptoms,and it can optimize the pregnancy outcome and re-duce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome.
