达格列净片对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及心功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析达格列净片治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease, CHD)合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)的效果。方法 选取2023年3月-2024年3月微山县人民医院收治的100例CHD合并T2DM患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(50例,常规治疗)和观察组(50例,常规治疗+达格列净片治疗)。比较两组血糖血脂水平、心功能指标。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数、每搏输出量、心排血量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 达格列净片治疗CHD合并T2DM,有利于患者更好地控制血糖,改善心功能。Objective To analyze the effect of dapagliflozin tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 100 patients with CHD complicated with T2DM admitted to Weishan County People's Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(50 cases,routine treatment+dapagliflozin tablets treatment)according to different treatment methods.The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume and cardiac output in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin tablets in the treatment of CHD combined with T2DM is beneficial to patients to better control blood glucose and improve cardiac function.
