消渴方联合短期胰岛素强化治疗用于2型糖尿病初发患者治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究2型糖尿病初发患者应用消渴方结合短期胰岛素强化治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2023年1月-2024年10月中国融通医疗健康集团莆田九十五医院接受治疗的初发2型糖尿病患者140例,凭借治疗方法的不同分成两组,各70例。对照组应用短期胰岛素强化治疗,观察组在对照组基础联合中药消渴方治疗。对比两组血糖指标、胰岛功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数水平低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组的不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 消渴方联合短期胰岛素强化治疗可显著改善初发2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况和胰岛功能,且安全性好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoke Formula combined with short term intensive insulin therapy in patients with incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 140 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to China Rongtong Medical and Health Group Putian 95th Hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected.They were separated into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with short-term intensive insulin therapy,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoke Formula on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose indexes,islet function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the lev-els of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of fasting insulin and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and homeostatic model assessment ofβ-cell function was taller than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Formula com-bined with short-term intensive insulin therapy can significantly improve blood glucose control and islet function in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it is safe.
