初诊2型糖尿病患者治疗中益气养阴汤联合达格列净对血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究初诊2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)患者治疗中益气养阴汤联合达格列净对血糖水平的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年8月南安市海都医院收治的60例初诊T2DM患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(二甲双胍联合达格列净)、研究组(在对照组基础上联合益气养阴汤),各30例。比较两组血糖水平、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果 治疗12周后,研究组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 二甲双胍、达格列净联合益气养阴汤治疗初诊T2DM的控糖效果显著且不会增加不良反应发生风险,临床疗效较高。Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with dapagliflozin on blood glucose level in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 60 patients with newly di-agnosed T2DM admitted to Haidu Hospital of Nan'an City from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the re-search objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(metformin combined with dapagliflozin)and study group(combined with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group),with 30 cases in each group.The blood glucose levels,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin,dapagliflozin combined with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of newly diagnosed T2DM has a significant effect on glucose control and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions,with high clinical efficacy.
