西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病治疗中西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素的临床效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2024年2月在福建省莆田市肿瘤医院接受治疗的120例老年2型糖尿病患者,按不同治疗方案分为对照组(n=60,采用门冬胰岛素治疗)和观察组(n=60,采用西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素治疗)。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛素日剂量、低血糖发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组各项血糖水平相对于对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组胰岛素日剂量、低血糖发生率相对于对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 老年2型糖尿病患者采用西格列汀与门冬胰岛素联合治疗,展现出显著疗效,有效促进了患者血糖水平的下降,减少胰岛素日剂量,且低血糖发生率低,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sitagliptin combined with insulin aspart in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mullitus.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received treatment in Putian Cancer Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=60,treated with insulin aspart)and observation group(n=60,treated with sitagliptin combined with insulin aspart)according to different treatment plans.Blood glucose indexes,daily dose of insulin and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The daily dose of insulin and incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sitagliptin and insulin aspart showed a remarkable effect and effectively promoted the decrease of blood glucose level in elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mullitus,reduce the daily dose of insulin,the incidence of hypoglycemia is low,and the safety is good.
