摘　　要：目的 探讨动态血糖监测联合综合护理对糖尿病患者的护理效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2023年4月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的102例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,各51例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受动态血糖监测联合综合护理干预。比较两组患者总满意度、生活质量及自护能力。结果 观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量(生理、情感、社会、精神)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组自护能力(饮食控制、规律运动、血糖监测、遵医嘱用药、血糖异常处理)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 为糖尿病患者提供动态血糖监测联合综合护理,能够有效提升其自护能力与生活质量水平,获得更高满意度。Objective To explore the nursing effect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with comprehen-sive nursing on patients with diabetes mullitus.Methods A total of 102 diabetic patients admitted to Yancheng City Dafeng People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the differ-ent nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with comprehen-sive nursing intervention.The total satisfaction,quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life(physiological,emotional,social and spiritual)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care ability(diet control,regular exercise,blood glucose monitoring,medication according to doctor's advice,abnormal blood glucose treatment)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with comprehensive nursing for diabetic patients can effec-tively improve their self-care ability and quality of life,and obtain higher satisfaction.
