摘 要:目的 探究个体化营养指导在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月泉州市第一医院收治的98例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组(n=49,实施常规护理干预),研究组(n=49,在对照组基础上结合个体化营养指导)。比较两组患者血糖水平、血脂水平及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 干预2个月后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者应用个体化营养指导可降低血糖、血脂水平及不良妊娠结局发生风险。Objective To explore the application value of individualized nutritional guidance in patients with gesta-tional diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=49,routine nursing inter-vention)and study group(n=49,individualized nutritional guidance on the basis of the control group).The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nutrition guidance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can re-duce the risk of blood glucose,blood lipid levels and adverse pregnancy outcom.
