配偶同步健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病患者采用配偶同步健康教育对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月福州市第一总医院收治的82例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按不同护理方法分为两组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予配偶同步健康教育+常规护理。比较两组治疗依从性、自我管理能力、不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 护理后,研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者和配偶的妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理能力问卷评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 配偶同步健康教育可以有效提升妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗依从性,提高其自我管理能力,并降低不良妊娠结局发生风险。Objective To analyze the effect of spouse synchronous health education on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 82 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Fu-zhou First General Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were di-vided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given spouse synchronous health education+routine nursing.The treat-ment compliance,self-management ability and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-management Ability Questionnaire of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients of patients and their spouses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spouse synchronous health education can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve their self-management ability,and reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
