摘　　要：目的 探讨综合中医护理干预应用于糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月罗定市中医院收治的68例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为两组,每组34例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上进行综合中医护理干预。比较两组护理满意度、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analog Scale, VAS)、多伦多临床评分系统(Toronto Clinical Scoring System, TCSS)评分、血糖水平。结果 研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组VAS、TCSS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施综合中医护理干预可改善其临床症状,提高其护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on dia-betic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 68 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Luoding Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and study group was given comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing inter-vention on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)scores and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS and TCSS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of 2-hour postprandial plasma glu-cose and fasting plasma glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve their clinical symptoms and improve their nursing satisfaction.
