摘　　要：目的 探究糖尿病性下肢病变行介入治疗患者应用基于FOCUS-PDCA理论的护理干预的效果。方法 回顾性选取2020年3月-2024年3月于漳州正兴医院就诊的60例糖尿病性下肢病变患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受介入治疗,根据不同护理方式分为对照组(常规护理,n=30)、研究组(基于FOCUS-PDCA理论的护理干预,n=30),对比两组糖代谢水平、生活质量及自护能力。结果 护理后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组自护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于FOCUS-PDCA理论的护理干预可提高糖尿病性下肢病变介入治疗患者的糖代谢水平及生活质量,自护能力明显提升。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on FOCUS-PDCA theory in patients with diabetic lower extremity lesions undergoing interventional therapy.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with dia-betic lower extremity lesions who were treated in Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from March 2020 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected.All patients received interventional therapy.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(routine nursing,n=30)and study group(nursing intervention based on FOCUS-PDCA theory,n=30).The glucose metabolism levels,quality of life and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,social function,physical function,material life status in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on FOCUS-PDCA theory can improve the level of glucose metabolism and quality of life in patients with diabetic lower extremity lesions undergoing interventional therapy,and the self-care ability is significantly improved.
