摘　　要：目的 分析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)合并脑卒中患者护理中应用以动机行为转化为基础的康复护理对自护能力的影响。方法 选取2022年2月-2024年4月厦门市康复医院收治的70例T2DM合并脑卒中患者,按照护理方式不同分为对照组(n=36,常规康复护理)、研究组(n=34,以动机行为转化为基础的康复护理)。比较两组自护能力、生活质量、血糖水平。结果 护理3个月后,研究组自护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并脑卒中患者选择以动机行为转化为基础的康复护理可提升其自护能力,改善生活质量并提高控糖效果。Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavioural transformation on self-care ability in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with stroke.Methods A total of 70 patients with T2DM complicated with stroke admitted to Xiamen Rehabilitation Hospital from February 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=36,routine rehabilitation nursing)and study group(n=34,reha-bilitation nursing based on motivational behavioural transformation)according to different nursing methods.The self-care ability,quality of life and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing,the self-care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavioural transformation can improve self-care ability,quality of life and glucose control effect in pa-tients with T2DM complicated with stroke.
