摘 要:目的探究生化检验中溶血和脂血血清标本对检验结果的影响。方法选择149例患者作为研究对象,采集3份血清标本分别制作为发生溶血的血清标本(溶血组)、发生脂血的血清标本(脂血组)、正常血清标本(对照组),各149份。对3份血清标本进行生化检验,对比三组生化检验结果。结果溶血组血清总蛋白(73.24±3.24)g/L、血清白蛋白(48.35±2.78)g/L、总胆红素(12.24±1.21)μmol/L、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(39.54±2.15)U/L、钾离子(5.93±0.24)mmol/L、肌酸激酶(212.24±5.45)U/L、尿素氮(6.54±1.01)mmol/L高于对照组的(68.24±3.45)g/L、(42.24±1.57)g/L、(9.78±0.54)μmol/L、(30.24±1.15)U/L、(4.11±0.18)mmol/L、(103.54±4.15)U/L、(4.54±0.78)mmol/L,谷氨酰基转移酶(20.24±2.15)U/L、葡萄糖(4.01±0.24)mmol/L低于对照组的(25.24±1.58)U/L、(4.85±0.45)mmol/L(P<0.05)。脂血组血清总蛋白(78.65±4.24)g/L、血清白蛋白(51.24±3.15)g/L、肌酸激酶(203.24±4.35)U/L、谷氨酰氨基转肽酶(42.54±2.68)U/L、葡萄糖(6.87±0.25)mmol/L高于对照组,钠离子(136.28±4.24)mmol/L低于对照组的(141.35±6.40)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论血清标本发生溶血和脂血对生化检验结果有影响。Objective To explore the effect of hemolysis and lipemia in serum specimens on biochemical test results.Methods 149 patients were selected as the research subjects,and 3 serum specimens were collected and prepared as hemolytic serum specimens(hemolysis group),lipophilic serum specimens(lipophilic group),and normal serum specimens(control group),each with 149 specimens.The biochemical tests were performed on the 3 serum specimens,and the results of three biochemical tests were compared.Results In hemolysis group,the serum total protein was(73.24±3.24)g/L,the serum albumin was(48.35±2.78)g/L,the total bilirubin was(12.24±1.21)μmol/L,the aspartate transaminase was(39.54±2.15)U/L,the potassium ion was(5.93±0.24)mmol/L,the creatine kinase was(212.24±5.45)U/L,and the urea nitrogen was(6.54±1.01)mmol/L,which were higher than(68.24±3.45)g/L,(42.24±1.57)g/L,(9.78±0.54)μmol/L,(30.24±1.15)U/L,(4.11±0.18)mmol/L,(103.54±4.15)U/L,and(4.54±0.78)mmol/L in the control group;the hemolysis group had glutamyl transferase of(20.24±2.15)U/L and glucose of(4.01±0.24)mmol/L,which were lower than(25.24±1.58)U/L and(4.85±0.45)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).The lipophilic group had serum total protein of(78.65±4.24)g/L,serum albumin of(51.24±3.15)g/L,creatine kinase of(203.24±4.35)U/L,glutamyl transferase of(42.54±2.68)U/L and glucose of(6.87±0.25)mmol/L,which were higher than those in the control group;the lipophilic group had lower sodium ion of(136.28±4.24)mmol/L than(141.35±6.40)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of hemolysis and lipemia in serum specimens has influence on the results of biochemical test.
