分期化瘀法治疗绒毛膜下血肿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分期化瘀法治疗绒毛膜下血肿(SCH)的临床疗效。方法选择70例SCH患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组患者采用补肾安胎中药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行分期化瘀法治疗。比较两组患者疗效、阴道出血时间及治疗前后SCH面积。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率97.1%略高于对照组的91.4%,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者阴道出血时间为(6.2±0.9)d,相较于对照组的(11.4±1.3)d明显缩短,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SCH面积均有所缩小,且观察组患者SCH面积(0.86±0.27)cm^(2)明显小于对照组的(1.52±0.33)cm^(2),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论分期化瘀法治疗SCH安全可靠,可有效缓解患者疾病症状,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of staged clearing-stasis method in the treatment of subchorionic hematoma(SCH).Methods 70 patients with subchorionic hematoma were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random numerical table method,each with 35 cases.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney for preventing miscarriage,while the observation group was treated with staged clearing-stasis method on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,vaginal bleeding time,and SCH area before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 97.1%in the observation group was slightly higher than 91.4%in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter vaginal bleeding time of(6.2±0.9)d than(11.4±1.3)d in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SCH area in both groups decreased,and the observation group had significantly smaller SCH area of(0.86±0.27)cm^(2) than(1.52±0.33)cm^(2) in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged clearing-stasis method is safe and reliable for the treatment of SCH,and can effectively alleviate disease symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
