糖尿病周围神经病变的中医针灸治疗研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(消渴痹证,DPN)是糖尿病的主要并发症,主要症状表现为疼痛,目前还没有找到最佳的治疗方法。西药治疗往往需要长期服用药物,并且部分药物会产生副作用。中医针灸对糖尿病及其并发症治疗具有明显优势,但其对DPN的潜在作用机制目前尚不清楚。本篇综述将详细阐述中医针灸缓解DPN的作用机制,为DPN治疗提供新思路。Diabetic neuropathy(DPN)is the main complication of diabetes,with pain as the main symptom,and there is no optimal treatment method.Western drug therapy often requires long-term medication and some of the drugs can produce side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion has obvious advantages in the treatment of diabetes and its complications,but its potential mechanism of action on DPN are still unclear.This review will elaborate on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in relieving DPN,and provide new ideas for DPN treatment.
