磺酰脲类降糖药+丁苯肽软胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病的有效性及安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)患者应用磺酰脲类降糖药+丁苯肽软胶囊治疗的有效性。方法 选取2022年6月—2024年6月甘肃省武威肿瘤医院收治的75例缺血性脑卒中合并T2DM患者,按不同用药方案分为对照组(35例,丁苯肽软胶囊+二甲双胍治疗),观察组(40例,在对照组基础上加用磺酰脲类降糖药治疗)。比较两组血糖指标、血脂指标、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale, NIHSS)以及改良Rankin量表(Modified Rankin Scale, MRS)评分、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组血糖、血脂水平、NIHSS、MRS评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对缺血性脑卒中合并T2DM患者而言,联合磺酰脲类降糖药+丁苯肽软胶囊治疗可起到降糖调脂、促进神经功能恢复及降低功能障碍的作用,且不会增加不良反应发生风险。Objective To investigate the efficacy of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs+butylphthalide soft capsules in patients with ischemic stroke complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,75 patients with ischemic stroke complicated with T2DM admitted to Gansu Wuwei Tumour Hospital were se-lected and divided into control group(35 cases,butylphthalide soft capsules+metformin treatment)and observation group(40 cases,sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs were added on the basis of the control group)according to different medication regimens.The blood glucose indicators,blood lipid indicators,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Modified Rankin Scale(MRS)scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid indicators,NIHSS and MRS scores in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with ischemic stroke complicated with T2DM,the combination of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs and butylphthalide soft capsules can play a role in reducing blood glucose and lipid,promoting the recovery of neurological function and reducing dysfunction,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
