摘　　要：目的 探讨2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)病程进展与胰岛功能、C肽水平之间的相关性。方法 选取2023年3—8月龙岩人民医院收治的128例T2DM患者为研究对象。根据病程分级标准,将患者分为1级(28例)、2级(49例)、3级(34例)和4级(17例)。所有患者均检测胰岛功能及C肽水平,比较不同病程分级患者的指标水平,并分析T2DM病程进展与胰岛功能、C肽水平之间的相关性。结果 不同分级患者空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数、C肽水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。T2DM病程进展与空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、C肽水平呈正相关,与胰岛β细胞功能指数水平呈负相关。结论 T2DM病程进展与胰岛功能、C肽水平存在密切的相关性,这些指标的监测有助于评估患者的病情进展和胰岛功能状态。Objective To investigate the correlation between the disease progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and islet function and C-peptide level.Methods A total of 128 T2DM patients admitted to Longyan People Hospital from March to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the grading criteria of disease course,the patients were divided into grade 1(28 cases),grade 2(49 cases),grade 3(34 cases)and grade 4(17 cases).Islet function and C-peptide level were detected in all patients,and the index levels of patients with different disease course grades were compared,and the correlation between disease course progression of T2DM,islet function and C-peptide level was analyzed.Results The fasting insulin,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,homeosta-sis model assessment ofβ-cell function,and C-peptide level in patients with different grades were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The progression of T2DM was positively correlated with fasting in-sulin,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance and C-peptide level,and negatively correlated with homeo-stasis model assessment ofβ-cell function level.Conclusion The progression of T2DM is closely correlated with islet function and C-peptide level.Monitoring of these indicators is helpful to evaluate the progression and islet function sta-tus of patients.
