加味玉液汤联合德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗气阴两虚证2型糖尿病的效果与安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 探究中药加味玉液汤与德谷门冬双胰岛素在气阴两虚证2型糖尿病治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2021年4月—2024年4月南通市第六人民医院收治的66例气阴两虚证2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,各33例。对照组单独使用德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药加味玉液汤治疗。比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、中医证候积分。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛素分泌指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组乏力倦怠、口渴多饮、懒言气短、失眠心悸积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗的基础上加用中药加味玉液汤治疗气阴两虚证2型糖尿病,可有效控制患者血糖水平及胰岛功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Yuye Decoction combined with insulin degludec/insu-lin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods A total of 66 pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin admitted to the Sixth People's Hospital of Nan-tong from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to dif-ferent treatment methods,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin degludec/insulin as-part alone,and the observation group was treated with modified Yuye Decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,islet function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin resistance index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the insulin secretion index was higher than that of the control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,thirst and polydipsia,lazy words and short-ness of breath,insomnia and palpitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of insulin degludec/insulin aspart therapy,the addition of traditional Chinese medicine modified Yuye Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mel-litus with deficiency of both qi and yin can effectively control the blood glucose level and islet function of patients.
