摘　　要：目的 探究临床治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者采用司美格鲁肽与二甲双胍联合方案的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年3月厦门市第三医院收治的200例初诊2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方案分为两组,各100例。对照组单独口服二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用司美格鲁肽皮下注射+二甲双胍口服治疗。比较两组临床疗效、糖代谢指标、胰岛功能及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 司美格鲁肽+二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者,有助于提升临床疗效,改善糖代谢水平及胰岛功能。Objective To explore the effect of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diag-nosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted to Xia-men Third Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,and the observation group was treated with subcutaneous injection of semaglutide and oral metfor-min.The clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism indexes,islet function and incidence of adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the insulin resistance in-dex of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the isletβcell function index was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sema-glutide combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients can improve the clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism and islet function.
