赖脯胰岛素在儿童及青少年1型糖尿病中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析赖脯胰岛素治疗儿童及青少年1型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选取2023年8月-2024年8月莱阳市中医医院儿科收治的80例1型糖尿病患儿,按治疗方法不同将患儿分为两组,每组40例,对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗,研究组给予赖脯胰岛素治疗。比较两组血糖水平、血糖达标时间、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组血糖达标时间及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 赖脯胰岛素治疗儿童及青少年1型糖尿病的效果显著,有利于改善患儿病情,控制血糖水平,保证用药安全。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin lispro in the treatment of children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes admitted to the Depart-ment of Pediatrics,Laiyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected.The children were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the study group was treated with insulin lispro.The blood glucose level,blood glucose compliance time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The blood glucose standard time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of insulin lispro in the treatment of type 1 diabetes in children and adolescents is significant,which is conducive to improving the condi-tion of children,controlling blood glucose level and ensuring the safety of medication.
