温阳化湿汤在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用及对机体糖代谢、脂代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨温阳化湿汤在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用及对机体糖代谢、脂代谢指标的影响。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年6月福建省将乐县总医院收治的80例2型糖尿病老年患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组进行二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行温阳化湿汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、糖代谢指标、脂代谢指标、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 温阳化湿汤能够提升老年2型糖尿病患者的治疗疗效,改善糖代谢、脂代谢指标,且不会增加不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the application of Wenyang Huashi Decoction in elderly patients with type 2 diabe-tes mellitus and the effect on glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Jiangle General Hospital of Fujian Province from June 2023 to June 2024 were se-lected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with We-nyang Huashi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,glucose metabolism index,lipid metabo-lism index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Huashi Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,improve glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism indicators,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
