阿卡波糖与二甲双胍联合用于2型糖尿病治疗的免疫调节机制与疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨阿卡波糖与二甲双胍联合治疗在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)免疫指标、血糖水平中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年9月-2024年6月微山县人民医院收治的60例T2DM患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,每组30例。对照组进行二甲双胍治疗,观察组进行二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组免疫功能指标、血糖指标。结果 治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗可改善T2DM患者的免疫功能,降低其血糖水平。Objective To explore the application effect of acarbose combined with metformin in immune index and blood glucose level of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From September 2023 to June 2024,60 patients with T2DM admitted to Weishan People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treat-ment methods,they were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metfor-min,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with acarbose.The immune function indexes and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglo-bin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with acarbose treatment can improve the immune function of T2DM patients and reduce their blood glucose levels.
