整体护理干预对糖尿病合并子宫脱垂患者空腹血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 分析整体护理模式在糖尿病合并子宫脱垂患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年4月-2024年6月莆田市第一医院接收的128例糖尿病合并子宫脱垂患者,按照不同护理方法分为两组,各64例。观察组采用整体护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,对比两组心理状态、血糖水平及护理满意度。结果 护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale, SDS)、血糖水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,相较于对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分及空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与常规护理模式比较,整体护理模式能够有效改善糖尿病合并子宫脱垂患者的负面情绪,控制血糖水平,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application value of holistic nursing mode in patients with diabetes mellitus com-plicated with uterine prolapse.Methods A total of 128 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with uterine pro-lapse admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from April 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 64 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ho-listic nursing mode,and the control group was treated with routine nursing mode.The mental state,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and blood glucose level between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the SAS scores,SDS scores,fasting blood glu-cose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c levels in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing mode,the holistic nursing mode can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with uterine prolapse,control the blood glucose level and improve the nursing satisfaction.
