摘　　要：目的 探讨根因分析法(root cause analysis, RCA)在糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis, DKA)急救护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年9月-2024年8月江南大学附属医院收治的60例DKA患者,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组(30例,接受常规急诊护理)、研究组(30例,在对照组的基础上采用RCA进行急诊护理)。比较两组血糖控制时间、酸中毒纠正时间、酮体转阴时间、血糖水平以及护理满意度。结果 研究组血糖控制时间、酸中毒纠正时间、酮体转阴时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RCA在DKA急救护理中具有较为理想的应用效果,可加快康复,促进血糖水平恢复,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of root cause analysis(RCA)in emergency nursing of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods A total of 60 patients with DKA admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from September 2021 to August 2024 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases,receiving routine emer-gency nursing)and study group(30 cases,using RCA for emergency nursing on the basis of the control group)accord-ing to different nursing methods.The blood glucose control time,acidosis correction time,ketone body negative con-version time,blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose control time,acidosis correction time and ketone body negative conversion time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion RCA has an ideal application effect in DKA emergency nurs-ing,which can accelerate the recovery,promote the recovery of blood glucose level and improve nursing satisfaction.
