逆向开通技术在糖尿病足中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析逆向开通技术在糖尿病足中的应用效果。方法 选择2019年5月-2023年5月福建省三明市第二医院收治的61例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为参照组(30例)与观察组(31例),参照组接受常规治疗,观察组在参照组基础上接受逆向开通技术治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、溃疡面积改善率、伤口愈合时间、疼痛程度、下肢动脉血流速度、并发症发生率及血糖水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组溃疡面积改善率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组伤口愈合时间短于参照组,治疗后,疼痛程度评分低于参照组,下肢动脉血流速度高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 针对糖尿病足实施逆向开通技术治疗能够获得明显的疗效,促进患者溃疡处愈合,降低疼痛程度,加快下肢动脉血流速度,有助于患者尽快康复。Objective To analyze the application effect of reverse opening technique in diabetic foot.Methods A total of 61 patients with diabetic foot admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City in Fujian Province from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into reference group(30 cases)and observation group(31 cases)according to different treatment methods.The reference group received routine treatment,and the ob-servation group received reverse opening technology on the basis of reference group.The treatment total effective rate,ulcer area improvement rate,wound healing time,pain degree,lower extremity arterial blood flow velocity,complica-tion rate and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer area improvement rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the reference group,after treatment,the pain score was lower than that of the control group,the lower extremity arte-rial blood flow velocity was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic foot,the application of reverse opening technique can obtain obvious curative effect,the ulcer of the patient can heal quickly,the pain degree is reduced,the lower limb artery blood flow speed is faster,and the patient can recover as soon as possible
