探究保妇康栓与雌激素软膏联合治疗糖尿病性阴道炎的临床疗效及对阴道菌群平衡的调节作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨保妇康栓与雌激素软膏联合治疗糖尿病性阴道炎(diabetic vaginitis, DV)的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月-2024年6月赤壁市蒲纺医院收治的60例DV患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为两组,每组30例。常规组进行雌激素软膏治疗,探究组进行保妇康栓与雌激素软膏联合治疗。比较两组不适症状消失时间、阴道微生态指标水平、并发症发生率。结果 治疗后,探究组阴道瘙痒、阴道分泌物增多、外阴红肿疼痛、尿频尿急症状的消失时间均短于常规组,分泌型免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、阴道乳酸杆菌菌落数均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗DV时,能更有效地缩短患者不适症状消失时间,优化阴道微生态指标水平,降低并发症发生率,实现对阴道菌群的良好调节。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baofukang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of diabetic vaginitis(DV).Methods A total of 60 DV patients admitted to Pufang Hospital in Chibi City from January 2019 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with estrogen ointment,and the exploration group was treated with Baofukang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment.The disap-pearance time of discomfort symptoms,the level of vaginal microecological indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the disappearance time of vaginal itching,increased vaginal secretions,vulva redness and swelling pain,frequent urination and urgency symptoms in the exploration group were shorter than those in the conventional group,the number of secretory immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,im-munoglobulin M and vaginal Lactobacillus colonies were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the exploration group was lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of DV can more effectively shorten the disappearance time of patients'discomfort symptoms,optimize the level of vaginal microecological indicators,and reduce the incidence of complications,so as to achieve better regulation of vaginal flora.
