摘  要:目的 探究非奈利酮应用在糖尿病肾病治疗中对患者血糖水平的改善作用。方法 选取2023年7月-2024年7月滨海县人民医院收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者,按照治疗方案不同分组。对照组(n=45)实施胰激肽原酶治疗,观察组(n=45)实施非奈利酮治疗。比较两组肾功能、血糖水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,两组胱抑素C、血肌酐、尿素氮、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 非奈利酮可改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能及血糖水平,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the improvement effect of finerenone on blood glucose level in the treatment of dia-betic nephropathy patients.Methods From July 2023 to July 2024,a total of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy ad-mitted to the Binhai County People's Hospital were selected and grouped according to different treatment plans.The control group(n=45)was treated with pancreatic kininogenase,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with fi-nerenone.The renal function,blood glucose levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of cystatin C,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Finerenone can improve renal function and blood glucose levels in patients with diabetic nephropathy,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
