摘  要:为提升电力系统继电保护的实时性与可靠性,基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)设计一种安全运行系统,研究硬件架构、软件算法、通信技术的优化策略。通过实验证实,系统在响应时间、抗干扰能力、可靠性方面均达到行业领先水平,保护动作时间优化至20 ms,抗干扰能力提升至8 kV,在智能电网中具有实用性和高效性。In order to improve the real-time and reliability of power system relay protection,a safe operation system is designed based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),and the optimization strategy of hardware architecture,software algorithm and communication technology is studied.Experiments show that the system has reached the leading level in response time,anti-interference ability and reliability,the protection action time is optimized to 20 ms,and the anti-interference ability is improved to 8 kV,which is practical and efficient in smart grid.
