摘  要:继电保护二次回路的健康状态直接关系到电力系统的安全稳定运行,传统的人工巡检和定期试验难以及时发现潜在故障。因此,提出一种基于光纤通信技术的智能变电站继电保护二次回路监测诊断方法,通过布设光纤传感器实现温度、振动、应变等多参量在线监测,利用波分复用(Wavelength Division Multiplexing,WDM)光纤通信网络进行高速数据传输,构建支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)与卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)混合诊断模型实现故障智能诊断。该方法为提升继电保护系统可靠性提供了新的技术途径。The health of relay protection secondary circuit is directly related to the safe and stable operation of power system,and it is difficult to find potential faults in time by traditional manual inspection and periodic test.Therefore,a monitoring and diagnosis method for the secondary circuit of relay protection in smart substation based on optical fiber communication technology is proposed.By arranging optical fiber sensors,multi-parameters such as temperature,vibration and strain can be monitored online,and high-speed data transmission can be carried out by using Wavelength Division Multiplexing(WDM)optical fiber communication network.A hybrid diagnosis model of Support Vector Machine(SVM)and Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is constructed to realize intelligent fault diagnosis.This method provides a new technical way to improve the reliability of relay protection system.
