摘　　要：深入探讨人工智能技术在网络故障管理、资源智能调度及用户体验优化3个信息通信网络关键场景中的应用。通过构建大规模测试环境进行实验验证,结果表明人工智能技术在故障诊断准确率、资源利用效率以及用户服务质量等方面均较传统技术实现显著提升。The application of artificial intelligence technology in three key scenarios of information communication network,namely network fault management,intelligent resource scheduling and user experience optimization,is deeply discussed.By constructing a large-scale test environment for experimental verification,the results show that artificial intelligence technology has significantly improved the accuracy of fault diagnosis,resource utilization efficiency and user service quality compared with traditional technology.
