摘　　要：粮食气膜仓作为一种创新的粮食储存设施,具有独特的结构和工作原理。“粮食气膜钢筋混凝土圆顶仓设施设备专项试点研究”是中国储备粮管理集团2021年自主立项科研项目,试点仓2022年3月开工建设,2023年6月装粮压仓。本文全面总结了目前气膜仓在国内外的研究及应用进展,分析了气膜仓用于粮食仓储领域的优势和效果,并根据粮食气膜仓试点仓项目经验,从粮食气膜仓的构型、仓壁、仓顶、检粮平台、大门、洞口、栈桥设计等方面进行探讨,提出优化设计思路,为粮食气膜仓后续工程项目推广应用提供更加完善的技术支撑。Grain Gas film silo,as an innovative grain storage facility,has a unique structure and working principle.The“Special Pilot Study on Grain Gas Film Reinforced Concrete Dome silo Facilities and Equipment”is a research project independently funded by China Grain Reserves Group Ltd.Company in 2021.The pilot silo will start construction in March 2022 and be loaded with grain in June 2023.This article comprehensively summarizes the current research and application progress of gas film silos at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and effects of using gas film silos in the field of grain storage.Based on the experience of the pilot project of grain gas film silo,this paper discusses the configuration,walls,roof,inspection platform,gate,entrance,and wharf design of grain gas film silo,proposes optimization design ideas,and provides more complete technical support for the promotion and application of subsequent engineering projects of grain film silo.
