农业生产性服务对棉农生产绿色转型的影响——以新疆为例

摘　　要：坚持发展低碳循环农业理念,深入推进农业绿色转型,探索一条兼顾粮食稳产增产和农业绿色发展的转型之路对中国农业可持续发展亟具重要意义。因此,在棉花生产给农业带来了巨大的环境负担的背景下,文中通过对新疆1314份棉农进行微观调研,尝试通过构建棉农生产绿色转型的衡量指标体系,运用多种计量模型和有调节的中介效应模型,实证探讨采纳农业生产性服务对棉农生产绿色转型的影响。结果表明:1)农业生产性服务对棉农生产绿色转型产生显著正向影响,表明随着农技服务水平的提高,农业生产性服务业能够有效促进棉农生产绿色转型。2)机制研究表明,当农业环境规制程度处于低水平时,中介效应不显著。当农业环境规制水平处于高水平时,中介效应显著。同时,环境规制发展水平高低之间的条件间接效应差值为正,且通过1%显著性水平检验,表明农业环境规制水平的提高会增强农业生产性服务对棉农采纳绿色技术的促进作用。3)异质性分析表明,农业生产性服务对技术密集型环节、较大生产规模和中年组棉农生产绿色转型的影响更为显著。Adhering to the concept of developing low-carbon and recycling agriculture,deeply promoting the green transformation of agriculture,and exploring a transformation path that takes into account the steady increase of food production and green development of agriculture are of great significance to the sustainable development of Chinese agriculture.Therefore,in the context that that cotton production has brought a huge environmental burden to agriculture,this study attempts to empirically explore the impact of adopting agricultural production services on the green transformation of cotton growers by constructing a index system for measuring the green transformation of cotton growers'production,and utilizing a variety of econometric models and moderated mediation effect models through a micro study of 1,314 cotton growers in Xinjiang.The results show that:1)Agricultural productive services significantly positively impacts the green transformation of cotton growers'production,indicating that with the improvement of agricultural technology services,agricultural productive services can effectively promote the green transformation of cotton growers'production.2)The mechanism study shows that the mediating effect is not significant when the degree of agro-environmental regulation is at a low level.When the level of agricultural environmental regulation is at a high level,the mediation effect is significant.At the same time,the difference of conditional indirect effects between high and low levels of environmental regulation development is positive and passes the 1%significance level test,indicating that an increase in the level of agricultural environmental regulation enhances the facilitating effect of agricultural productive services on cotton growers'adoption of green technologies.3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of agricultural productive services on the green transition of cotton growers'production is more significant in the technology-intensive segment,larger production scale and middle-aged group.
