农药供应服务能否促使农户采纳生物农药?——基于信息不完全视角的考察

摘　　要：生物农药是替代化学农药的首要选择。然而,农户却对生物农药相关信息掌握不完全,进而严重影响农户生物农药采纳率。文中利用湖北省997份水稻种植户的调研数据,重点讨论农药供应服务对农户生物农药采纳行为的影响;再从经验信息、防治信息、技术信息、操作信息及产品信息五个维度刻画并测度信息不完全,并利用因果中介模型检验农药供应服务、信息不完全对农户生物农药采纳行为的影响。研究结果显示:1)农药供应服务显著促进农户采纳生物农药的积极性;当购买农药供应服务的可能性每提高1单位,农户采纳生物农药可能性提升9.70%。2)信息不完全明显阻碍了农户采纳生物农药,但农药供应服务能够通过降低农户的信息不完全程度进而促使其采纳生物农药。3)平均地块规模增大、农业收入占比增加、议价成本增加,均减弱农药供应服务对农户采纳生物农药的促进作用;而风险偏好在农药供应服务对农户生物农药采纳行为中具有显著的促进作用。因此,应该保障农药供应服务的有效供给,改善农户生物农药信息不完全程度,从而推动我国生物农药应用与推广。Biological pesticides are the first alternative to chemical pesticides.However,farmers have incomplete information about biological pesticides,which in turn seriously affects the adoption rate of biological pesticides by farmers.Using 997 rice growers'survey data in Hubei Province,focusing on the impact of pesticide supply services on farmers'adoption of biological pesticides,we portray and measure the incomplete information from five dimensions:experience information,control information,technology information,operation information and product information,and use a causal mediation model to test the influence mechanisms of pesticide supply services and incomplete information on farmers'biological pesticides adoption behavior.Firstly,pesticide supply services significantly increase farmers'motivation to adopt biological pesticides,for every unit increase in the likelihood of purchasing pesticide supply services,farmers'likelihood of adopting biological pesticides increases by 9.70%.Secondly,incomplete information significantly hinders farmers'adoption of biological pesticides,but pesticide supply services can contribute to the adoption of biological pesticides by reducing the level of information incompleteness of farmers.Thirdly,the increase in the average size of plots,the increase in the proportion of agricultural income,and the increase in bargaining costs all weaken the promotion effect of pesticide supply services on farmers'adoption of biopesticides.Whereas,risk preference has a significant facilitating effect on the pesticide supply services impacting farmers'biological pesticide adoption.Therefore,the effective supply of pesticide services should be guaranteed to improve the situation of incomplete information regarding biological pesticides for farmers,so as to promote the application and popularization of biological pesticides in China.
